In exceptional cases, it is still possible to log in with a username and password (accountants, foreign domicile address, Hora users).
Have you forgotten your username and/or password for logging in to My Liantis? Don't worry! Below you can read how to proceed.
Log in with itsme®, eID or MyGov.be
To optimally protect the security of your personal data, we recommend using secure login. You can do this via itsme®, eID or MyGov.be.
Forgot username
On the My Liantis login page, click Forgot username?. Enter your email address and you will then receive your username by email. As a precaution, we will also send you a link to set a new password of your choice.
From now on, you can log in with your new details.
Forgot password
Check your input
First, check that you have entered your password correctly and that Caps Lock is turned off. Passwords are case-sensitive.
Change your password
On the login page, request a link to set a new password of your choice. To do this, enter your username and click Next.
Click Forgot password?. Enter your email address and you will then receive an email containing a link that you can use to set a new password.
Set your new password and repeat it to confirm. A password must contain at least 14 characters:
- including at least one uppercase letter (A...Z),
- at least one lowercase letter (a...z)
- at least one number (0...9)
- must not contain any part of your (user)name
From now on, you can log in with your new details.
Does this not work for you? You may not belong to the group that can log in with a username and password, in which case you should contact support@liantis.be.
