Are you using Lia as an employee?

You can enter your cycling days via Calendar, if your employer has activated this option and you are entitled to a bicycle allowance for your commute to and from work.

Register cycling days

• Click on the day(s) in your calendar for which you wish to request a bike allowance.
• Using the toggle, you can easily activate the bike allowance for that day.
• Multiple cycling days per month? Then you have two options here:
  • Request your bike allowance day by day.
  • If you come daily by bike, you can indicate all days worked at once as cycling days via the pencil next to the balance of the cycling days.
    
• Combination of bicycle and private transport?
  The number of bicycle days passed are deducted from the number of days of private transport.
• A bicycle icon will appear in your calendar for the days on which you requested a bicycle allowance.
• Your bicycle allowance is paid together with your salary at the end of the month. You can find the number of registered cycling days on your pay slip.
