There are various reasons why an absence is displayed with a padlock in the calendar:

• When the absence was entered by the employer.
• When the absence is in the past and the wages for that month have been calculated.
• A padlock also appears in the case of public holidays and collective leave days.

An absence with a padlock cannot be edited by you as an employer via Lia, but must be done via the "Submit Performances" tile.
