When you make a payment, we usually ask you to include a structured reference. This sequence of numbers is arranged in a specific way to uniquely identify your payment.

You can always find the structured reference on the relevant invoice.

Can't find the necessary information or is there no structured reference available? Please mention in the free reference what the payment is for, and your national registration number (if self-employed) or company number (if an employer). This way, our accounting department can easily assign the payment to the correct file.
