Via Lia+, employees can gain access to the salary package themselves. This access goes via the employer, who is the head administrator on My Liantis.

As an administrator on My Liantis you can find the salary package of your employees via 'Medewerkers', then you select an employee in the list. After selecting one, you can find 'loonpakket'.

Who has access to the salary package in My Liantis? 

The salary package in My Liantis is available for every user, who who have the capacity of main administrator for payroll services on My Liantis and have access to Prestaties doorsturen en/of Mijn medewerkers.

Only these main administrators can give access to other administrators and/or employee, so that hey have access to the salary package.

Giving access to administrators

In order to get access to the salary package of all employees, the administrator should get access from his employer (with the capacity of lead administrator for payroll services). 

The employer configures the access rights for the administrators on My Liantis --> toegang beheren --> beheerders. Every administrator with the access rights 'medewerkerslijst - toegang tot het loonpakket alle medewerkers', will receive access to the salary package of all employees in the organisation.

Giving access to employees

To receive access to the salary package in Lia, the employee should receive access form his employer. The employer will configure the access rights of his employees on My Liantis --> toegang beheren --> medewerkers.
