With Insight into salary package, you provide employees with greater transparency about their remuneration and fringe benefits. As an employer, you always have access to this information via My Liantis. Additionally, you can choose to make the salary package visible to your employees in Lia+.
What does the salary package show?
Insight into the salary package offers an overview of the various salary components and benefits that are part of an employee’s salary package. The available information is presented clearly so that employees and employers better understand how the total salary package is composed.
Besides the data that is displayed automatically, as an employer you can add additional information to provide extra context for certain benefits or reimbursements.
Where can I find an employee’s salary package?
As an employer, you can consult the salary package of any employee via My Liantis:
- Go to Employees.
- Select the desired employee from the employee list.
- Open the Salary Package section.
This immediately gives you an overview of that employee’s salary package.
Can employees view their own salary package?
Yes, but only if you activate this for your employees. In Lia+, your employees can then view their own salary package.
To enable this:
- Activate the Salary Package feature within Lia+.
- Then set your employees’ access rights via My Liantis > Manage Access > Employees.
After activation, employees can consult their personal salary package via Lia+.
Can I add extra information to a salary package?
Yes. You can add extra assets or additional information per employee to the salary package. This way, you can provide further explanation about certain benefits or make documents available that are relevant to the employee.
You manage these settings individually per employee via My Liantis.
Who can consult and manage the salary package?
Employers and administrators with the appropriate access rights can consult employees’ salary packages via My Liantis.
Granting access to salary packages for other administrators or employees is done by a main administrator with the appropriate rights.
