Why can't I log in on the employee platform application Lia with Itsme on my Samsung phone ?

The default browser on Samsung phones is ‘Samsung Internet’.

This browser is set by default to open app links in the Samsung browser. This results in a situation where, when logging into Lia via itsme®, you end up not being redirected to the Lia app and end up in an endless loop in the Samsung Browser.

The following actions are possible to fix this problem:

Option 1: disable ‘Open app links in browser’ under ‘Useful features’ in internet settings.
