Where can your employee find the training courses?

In Lia, your employee clicks through via the Training tab. Here they will find the offerings provided by Liantis Academy. By clicking the heart icon at the top right, they indicate their interest (or deselect it).

Where can you, as an employer, find your employee’s interest?

In My Liantis, you can find the training courses your employees are interested in under the Training Requests tile via Training.

You register your employee for the training by clicking on the link. The confirmation will be sent to you, and you inform your employee yourself.
