You can find prevention documents such as reports on My Liantis via the theme "Mijn welzijn op het werk" on the left and then the "Mijn welzijn op het werk" tile.

Then you can click on the "Documents" topic on the left and choose "Alle preventiedocumenten" where you can continue your search via the filter:
