How to apply for an AD-HOC?

An AD-HOC certificate is a document intended to help non-Belgian citizens of the European Union register in the population register.

This certificate is only issued at the express request of the customer and is not handed over personally, but sent directly by our Fund to the municipality.

You must submit the request to your customer advisor together with:

  • a copy of the identity card

Upon receipt of this annex, Liantis draws up a questionnaire in which the customer demonstrates that he/she is actually independent and proves this by all means. This questionnaire must be returned to the customer advisor within 15 days fully completed and signed.

The specific declaration will be issued to the municipality of residence upon receipt of the questionnaire.
