To download an employment contract or contract for a student on My Liantis yourself, use the "Documenten aanvragen" tile under the "Documenten" section. 

You can tick both "Contracten" and "Medewerker".  Only when you check "Medewerker" as well, the "voorbeeld" (example) and "volgende" (next) buttons will light up.

The document that is delivered immediately is a word document. You can then add the student's details yourself.

When you first submit a Dimona declaration for a new student, it will end up in My Liantis under Medewerkers -> Mijn medewerkers -> nog af te werken aanvragen.

If you add all the student's details, you can choose at the end of the flow whether a student agreement should be delivered.  When you indicate this, after the customer advisor social secretariat has processed the student's data, you will receive a personalized student agreement in "Ontvangen documenten".
