Vaccinations administered by Liantis (the external service for prevention and protection at work) are usually registered in Vaccinnet, the central vaccination database of the Flemish government. You can find them in the following ways:

1. MyHealth.be
   Log in with your eID or via the itsme® app on My Health. Go to "My health" > "My vaccinations" to see an overview of your registered vaccinations. [laatjevaccineren.be]
2. mynexuzhealth
   Via the Nexuzhealth platform, you can log in with your eID or itsme® and view your vaccination data under the "Vaccinations" menu.
3. CoZo
   Via the CoZo platform, you can log in with your eID or itsme® and view your vaccination data under the "Results" menu.

📄 Physical documents

Vaccination card: You usually get this when you are vaccinated through your general practitioner, CLB or Child and Family. You can also download or request a blank vaccination card via allesovervaccineren.be. [vlaanderen.be]

🩺 Through your doctor

If your vaccinations are not online, your doctor may still have them in your medical file. Feel free to ask about it at your next consultation.
