I get the error message: The payment failed. What should I do?

When you see this error message, something went wrong with forwarding your payment. Just try to make the payment again.

You do not have to worry about possibly double transferring the amount for the start-up of your business. All transfers are reviewed by a Liantis colleague. When you have made a double payment for the start-up of your business, the unnecessary amount will be refunded to your account.
