When you see this error message, something went wrong with the forwarding of your payment with the start-up of your business. Then first check whether the amount has been deducted from your account.
If the amount has been debited from your account, you can assume that the payment is in order and that it will be visible on My Liantis within 2 to 3 working days.
Was the amount actually not deducted from your account? Just try to make the payment again.
You don't have to worry about possibly double transferring the amount for the start-up of your business. All transfers are reviewed by a Liantis colleague. If you have made a double payment for the start-up of your business, the excess amount will be refunded to your account.
