Sometimes it can happen that you have forgotten your username or your password. Or maybe you’re not sure if you already have a username. Don’t worry, you can easily request it on the login page of My Liantis.
You forgot your password
Forgetting your password to an account happens to everyone. Fortunately, you don’t have to worry. With a few simple solutions, you will have your password set again in no time.
1. Check your input
First check if you have correctly entered your password and if Caps Lock is turned off. The passwords for My Liantis are case-sensitive.
2. Change your password
If you have tried to enter your password several times without success, chances are you have forgotten your password. Fortunately, this is easily solved with a few quick steps.
Click in the login page of My Liantis on ‘Login forgotten?’. You will now be redirected to a new page.
3. Enter your email address and click on send
As soon as you have entered your email address, you will receive a link via email with which you can set a new password.
Note: also check your junk mail (spam). This link is valid for ten days and can only be used once. If you get the message that you can no longer use the link, click again on 'Login forgotten?' to start the procedure again.
4. Set your new password
Once you have received the email with the link, you can set your new password. A password needs to contain at least 10 characters:
- from which at least one capital letter (A…Z),
- one lower case letter (a…z),
- one number (0…9),
As soon as you have confirmed your new password, you can log in to My Liantis with your new login credentials.
5. You want to change your password
Haven’t forgotten your password, but would like to change it anyway? That’s perfectly possible too. Log in with your current credentials and click on the person icon in the top right corner of the purple bar and then on ‘Personal settings’.
In the ‘My account’ screen, if you scroll all the way down under ‘Change your password’, you can click on ‘Change your password here’. Here too, the same guidelines apply for a secure password.
