As a self-employed person, you can always change your contact details such as your telephone number and email address on My Liantis. You need to change this in several places.

Contact information

Navigate to the tab "Ik als zelfstandige" and then click on the tile "Mijn sociaal statuut". Once in "Mijn sociaal statuut", click on "Mijn profiel" < "Mijn contactgegevens". It is only possible to change your telephone number and email address via My Liantis. You cannot change your address and correspondence address yourself. To do this, please contact your customer advisor.

Digital invoicing

If you receive your invoices digitally, you also need to change your email address on the "Mijn profiel" and "Mijn Voorkeuren" tabs. Via "wijzig e-mailadres", you can select the correct email address and click on "Bevestigen".

Payment reminder

If you have set up a payment reminder for outstanding invoices that are approaching their due date, you will also need to update your email address as indicated below. In your home screen, click on the theme "€ Facturen" on the left, then click the button "Betalingsherinnering instellen" and update your email address there.
