You are using the wrong username
Not sure if you're using the right username? Via the My Liantis login page, you can click on Login forgotten?. Enter your email address and you will soon receive an email in your inbox with your username.
Your password is wrong or you forgot your password
Did you forget your password? Don't panic! You can easily set a new password in a few simple steps.
- Click on 'Login forgotten?' on the My Liantis login page.
- Enter your username (email address).
- You will receive an email in your inbox with a link to set a new personal password.
Have you entered your password incorrectly several times and do you get the notification that your account is blocked? Again, no need to panic. Your account is automatically blocked if you enter the wrong password five times. You can easily unblock your account by setting a new password via 'Login forgotten?'.
Attention, always check that Caps Lock is not on, as passwords are case-sensitive.
