As an employee, you can register absences via Lia, provided your employer has activated this option.

Certain absences are displayed with a padlock in the calendar.

Absences with a padlock

There are several reasons why an absence is shown with a padlock in your calendar:

• When the absence was entered by your employer.
• When the absence is in the past and the wages for that month have been calculated.
• Also, in the case of public holidays and collective leave days, a padlock is shown.

You cannot delete an absence with a padlock.
