The applications of the employee portal can be found on the Liantis online portal: My Liantis. You will need to enter an email address as your new username.

My Liantis

My Liantis is the digital gateway where you can find the applications of the employee portal. To log in to the My Liantis portal, you will receive a new username, namely your e-mail address. An e-mail address is easier to remember and is in line with the new European GDPR privacy legislation. More information can be found here.

Create an email address

Don't have an email address yet? Don't worry, you can quickly and easily create this yourself. Via Hotmail and Gmail, this is also done completely free of charge.

Browse to www.hotmail.com or www.gmail.com and follow the on-screen steps to create your email address. This only takes a few minutes.

Once your e-mail address has been created, you pass this on to the personnel manager in your company. This person will enter the e-mail address in the employee portal, after which you will receive your login details. In addition, you can always contact our helpdesk (via the 'Help' button at the bottom of your screen on the My Liantis login page). Then they will pass on the data for you.

Tip: When creating your e-mail address, make sure that you set a 'strong' password. A combination of uppercase, lowercase letters and numbers ensures that your password remains better protected.
