As an employee, you can register your working from home days in the Calendar application on Lia, provided your employer has activated this option.
Registering working from home
You register working from home, just like an absence, by clicking on the appropriate day in the calendar or via the 'Add' button.
- You can immediately add a working from home day for the selected day via "I am working from home this day".
- If you want to register a half day working from home or consecutive days, click on "Add".
- Select the absence type "Working from home" and the desired period.
- Click "save" to store your request in your calendar.
- Your manager will be notified of your request via email.
Working from home is displayed in a different colour in the (team) calendar, so that the distinction from absences is immediately clear.
